    This is a vintage 1968 dated First Edition hard cover book with dust jacket entitled " Japan's Longest Day / Surrender - The Last 24 Hours Through Japanese Eyes " and was compiled by The Pacific War Research Society.  It measures approx. 6 1/4" by 8 1/2" and is 339 pages in length.  It is in used condition with some wear and yellowing from use, aging, and storage.  There are  yellow rectangular marks on the title pages and end pages where a Mylar cover was attached.  See photos.
