World War 1 US Army Soldier Photo Medal and Dog Tag 3 Great Items! Unique Group

Unique World War 1 Military Collectibles!
All three items were from the same solider according to family members.
All were grouped together when found.
1.  Photo of Harry R. Jenkins.  The photo is 7 1/2" x 4 3/4"...
Photo studio was "Scharz Oakland, Ca"...this is on the photo and photo holder.
The photo's corner have crease from being in the folder.   There is a 1" tear to left.
Face and image is clear and the medal he is seen wearing is thought to be the
medal included here. You can see the clasp bar in the photo and on the this medal.
2.  World War 1 Winged Victory Medal...The ribbon includes the clasp bar.
The bar reads "France"... On the reverse there is a dark spot the medal.
Not sure what this is? I did not try to clean.
3.  World War 1 Aluminum Round Dog Tag...reads...
"Harry R. Jenkins U.S.A."  Reverse is Serial #2269046
