Vintage Japanese Resin Netsuke-Signed?

Description

In preparing for our semi annual Barn and Book sale, I was going through a box of items in the society office and found this netsuke. It is about 2 inches tall and appears to be made of resin. Also it appears to be signed. It is in good condition. It would make a nice addition to a collection.
This was donated; ownership and usage history is not known.
This figurine has been donated to and is being sold by the Garden Grove Historical Society, a 503C(3) non-profit organization founded in April, 1966 and based in Garden Grove, California. All net proceeds from the sale of this item go to the general fund of the Society for upkeep and general operating expenses of the Stanley Ranch Museum.
