Tested and working (both the timer and the bulb)
Condition is very good. See photos to determine for yourself. There is a little bit of melt on the stand under the base. Not sure of the origin of that. The base didn't feel hot while testing.
Includes original manual and goggles. One page of the manual has some pen markings (in photos).

here is also a vintage reflective suntanning blanket included. The blanket has some pinholes here and there, but is in good condition overall. The blanket measures approximately 34" x 70"
