Pierced Earrings generaly do not come with the backs they are sold in the same manner I recieve them. If there is a chain on the Pendant in pictures then it is included. It will more than likely not be original to the Pendant but if it is I will state that it is. Any measurements on a cuff bracelet includes the gap.
