Unknown WWI era Army Air Service Pilot / Mechanic Wings Aero Squadron Badge?

For your consideration is this unidentified WWI Era Air Service / Foreign Air Force / Possible Aero Squadron Badge or sweetheart pin. I know that's a lot of uncertainty, but I gave it an hour or so on the internet before throwing in the towel on this one... It's made of brass or possibly bronze, and the two attachment hooks are present, and are more representative of foreign-made badges than those made in the U.S.  I'm auctioning this off in hopes someone knows better than I (which is almost always the case) and it finds its way into a great collection. If anyone feels like emailing me before there are bids to positively ID this fine little badge, I'd be most grateful, and would of course change the title and description to reflect the identification. It came to us in a fairly advanced WWI era Aeronautic collection, so I feel there might be something here. Good luck bidding!
