    This is a Pre-WWII Army / Marine Corps Sharpshooter Badge Pin Back Style. This style changed in 1922 for the Marines when they added the EGA to the center. This pin has a safety locking style clasp. It is made of silver color metal and is not marked for metal content. It does not have a makers mark either. It is quite light.
