NETSUKE "thrie" 螭吻 MEIJI Era Japanese Antique / Vintage.
Nine Sons of the Dragon ，Legend has it that the dragon has nine sons, each of them has its own energy, “thrie ”is one of them, it is good at keeping its master safe, away from disasters, getting some good jobs and some wealth
This netsuki is hand carved, I couldn't find the signature, the eyes seem to be inlaid with black onyx beads (can't be 100% sure as I can't destroy it to remove it for inspection)
