LOT of 31 Emergency Paper One Cent Issued At Boise Idaho Merchants Bureau WW2

Hello Folks,
This auction is for a LOT OF 31 "Emergency Paper Cents", issued at Boise Idaho during WW2 World War Two. Dated June 1st 1943 by the Retail Merchants Bureau. Value was One Cent at the time. Paper Cent was done on a stamp-like thick paper square in Blue & White.
These paper cents do NOT seem to be reproduction. They are sealed in a plastic bag stapled to a paper explaining the history of the Paper Cent itself.
This lot was purchased from an Estate Sale of a well known historical document Collector in Los Angeles.
CONDITION:
The paper inserts are Very Good overall. Most bumped at corners but clean. The Paper Cents attached are all SEALED in their original stapled bag.
