I don't offer Free shipping anymore, buyers have abused the offer by "buying and trying" then returning and I'm out the original shipping.  So, I offer a low price.  If you want to return it, then you've paid the original shipping.  Burn me once it's your fault, burn me twice, it's mine......I've learned.
I also charge a restocking fee for new items that are returned opened or used due to the reduced value of the item.
