Hitachi Vortex Blower VB-040-E2 like Gast R6 220 vac, 4.5 hp w/ sound enclosure

Description

This Hitachi Regenerative blower has specifications somewhere between a Gast R5 and R6 blower.  Please see specifications from nameplate.  It is a complete setup and comes with the following:
The unit is mounted in a sturdy sound enclosure.
The entire blower enclosure is mounted on wheels.
The blower has vacuum regulators mounted exterior of the enclosure.
There is a filter mounted exterior of the enclosure.
The blower has an overload which along with the 3 phase is wired to pin connectors.  (See pictures)  This will likely have to fit the appropriate plug.
The blower is rated to 220 vac, 3 phase, 60 hz.
The motor is 3.3 kW (4.5 hp) at rated voltage
The unit generates 20.6 Kpa (83" of water) pressure
The vacuum pressure is 11.8 Kpa (47" of water)
The pressure flow is 8 cubic meters / min = 282 cfm
The vacuum flow is 4.5 cubic meters / min = 159 cfm
