State of NY collects it from us and does not consider a resale number valid without a card that has been filled-out and signed.
You will need to download a resale form off of the State Board website, print it out, fill it out and sign it, and send it to us in the mail.
You will need to find and print out the forms, we do not do this for you.
We will only make the tax refund once we have received the resale card in the mail fully filled out and signed.
