Beautiful gold plated Custom Jewelry with stone beads neckless.

A beutifull Custom Jewelry ( or Fine jewelry?) neckless.
We purchased this neckless 2006 in Paris, France. Not sure about the  material, Just today we took the neckless to two jewelry stores at Mission Viejo Mall in Orange county California, one of them checked the medallion with magnet and he believe the medallion is 22 or 24 carat gold, the second store owner said it is not all gold but gold plated.The color of the neckless never changed, we think it is even more brighter than the time when we purchased the neckless.
The medallion  (symbol) weighted at  1.3oz , the size is 2.5 x 2 1/4”.
Chain is 19.5” long weighted at 2.9Oz. the beads are made of stones, have 6 large stone beads 3/4” long, and 2 gold plated  1/2 “ long.Over 60 small beads.
