Replacement of defective items will be shipped to the Buyer if available, free of charge.
Items will be shipped via USPS or UPS.  Multiple items will be combined for shipping if possible.
Seller reserves the right to re-package items to utilize flat rate packaging.  Flat Rate boxes will be used whenever possible to optimize shipping costs.
Larger heavy items will generally ship UPS, Seller reserves the right to select carrier.
Items will be ship in 1-2 business days depending on storage location, same day if possible.
Please contact Seller at time of receipt if items are damaged in shipping, or you have an issue with a particular carrier.

Items offered for bid are actual contractor surplus items, sold "as-is" and have not been purchased for re-sale.  As surplus, all items are considered in working order and and priced fairly as such.  Any reasonable offer will be considered. PLEASE don't waste our your time or ours with unreasonable offers.  Once these items are sold, they are gone and will not be re-stocked, retired contractor.
I do not have the resources to test all this equipment and will work with the Buyer to insure no item is DOA.  Items are listed as surplus and as such, the Buyer should assume they are no longer covered by the original manufacturer warranty, including those items listed as new or in their original packaging.  Seller warranty is limited to the final selling price and associated shipping costs.
