    Juliana is a sad little girl right now with one tear on her cheek. She needs a lot of love, hugs, kisses. Maybe she just lost her doll or her favorite teddy bear. The story is yours. She's a lovely little girl. The elastic in her sleeves and Bloomers has loosened from age. I do not see any artist markings however the back of her neck is stamped with Juliana 1994.
